
Associate Director – Field Launch Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Integrate insights from various therapeutic areas, internal strategies, customer viewpoints, and the competitive environment to refine launch best practices, frameworks, and scalable capabilities for Customer Engagement.
• Establish trusted collaborations with teams across Product, Data & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other matrix functions to facilitate effective field deployment using appropriate tools, technologies, and tactics.
• Advocate for the customer and field perspectives by incorporating real-world insights into launch planning, innovation, and business priorities.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Engagement leadership during launch phases to tackle challenges, seize opportunities, and pinpoint scalable methods applicable across products and Therapeutic Areas.
• Assist in designing and continuously enhancing launch acceleration strategies across Customer Engagement and the larger enterprise.
• Propel launch and operational excellence for key brands while developing scalable standards, tools, and frameworks that enhance enterprise-wide Customer Engagement performance.
• Utilize industry and competitive knowledge to evaluate market dynamics and comprehend their influence on product potential and pipeline strategies.
• Introduce innovative thinking to enterprise performance KPIs, collaborating with analytics to produce new insights into launch execution and early market acceptance.
• Create, communicate, test, and consistently refine repeatable, data-informed launch best practices, tools, frameworks, and playbooks, ensuring a balance between enterprise standardization and specific launch requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university.
• Over 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting product launches, launch readiness, customer engagement, field execution, commercialization, or related business transformation initiatives within the life sciences sector.
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities, demonstrating strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in translating business requirements into practical tools, frameworks, playbooks, workflows, dashboards, operating models, or other scalable business solutions.
• Proficient in analyzing complex data, connecting diverse inputs, and converting data into clear, actionable insights that convey a compelling narrative—both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating across cross-functional, matrixed teams, fostering strong relationships, and achieving results through influence, partnership, and shared accountability.
• Strategic, data-driven problem solver with project management experience, adept at navigating ambiguity and transforming strategy into thoughtful, timely execution.
