This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide guidance and support across a variety of projects, emphasizing evidence synthesis.
• Implement projects that align with client requirements and expectations.
• Define and oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple initiatives.
• Delegate tasks to and supervise junior staff and contractors.
• Manage projects with oversight from senior management.
• Empower team members to take responsibility for their contributions.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within project teams.
• Actively manage changes in scope, risks, and contingency strategies.
• Oversee and execute quality control measures.
• Act as an evidence synthesis specialist for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create evidence synthesis plans and assist with complex analyses.
• Support initiatives for business development.
• Identify and foster the development of best practices and tools for effective project execution.
• PhD or MSc in a medical-related discipline such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, or health economics, or equivalent direct experience in health research, health economics, or a similar area.
• At least six to seven (6-7) years of direct experience in evidence synthesis within health research, health technology assessment, market access, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in fundamental evidence synthesis concepts and methods, with familiarity in techniques like feasibility assessments, meta-analysis, indirect comparisons, and network meta-analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent strategic, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Capable of adapting to changing internal and client-related priorities and timelines.
• Skilled in managing personal and team members’ time across competing projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in effectively interacting and communicating with peers, senior management, and clients.
• Competent in supervising, training, and mentoring junior staff members.
