This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery of the Plant Performance Reporting transformation initiative.
• Act as the primary liaison for executive business stakeholders, program sponsors, and IT leadership.
• Lead the overall program governance, steering committee meetings, executive status updates, risk management, and delivery planning.
• Create and oversee integrated project plans encompassing data engineering reporting, validation, user acceptance testing, deployment, and change management.
• Manage the rollout across various manufacturing plants while addressing dependencies related to data preparedness, business priorities, and technical execution.
• Foster alignment among Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing, Plant Controllers, Regional Leadership, and Enterprise IT.
• Supervise the transition of the current reporting framework into a scalable enterprise Power BI platform.
• Ensure the successful implementation of standardized KPIs, reporting structures, and governance processes across plants, pods, and regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to prioritize data quality improvements, Snowflake integration, and reporting readiness.
• Facilitate business validation, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Monitor program milestones, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive action items.
• Maintain consistent communication between onshore client teams and offshore delivery teams.
• Promote adoption through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and organizational change management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, reporting maturity, and future analytics capabilities.
• Over 12 years of experience leading extensive Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise programs involving cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong background working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Finance, or Plant Performance Management projects.
• Experience managing global delivery teams with distributed onshore and offshore execution models.
• In-depth understanding of BI and analytics delivery utilizing Power BI, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Experience in managing data integration, reporting modernization, and enterprise dashboard deployments.
• Established executive stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
• Experience leading Agile delivery programs and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret operational KPIs, manufacturing metrics, and business performance reporting.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Understanding of manufacturing ERP ecosystems, including SAP, JDE, QAD, Infor, Blue Yonder, etc.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, Plant Controlling, Product Costing, or Operations Performance reporting.
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide reporting standardization or business intelligence transformation projects.
