This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead analytics projects within a specific functional area to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide both recurring and on-demand analyses that yield actionable insights.
• Oversee and validate the accuracy of actuarial or financial models that support gainshare, ROI arrangements, and forecasting.
• Communicate insights to mid-level stakeholders, effectively translating data into a business context.
• Drive decision-making through precise, data-informed recommendations.
• Facilitate the adoption of automation, modeling, and visualization tools across various projects.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing analytics processes and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor team members while coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Encourage teamwork and prioritize deliverables for the team.
• Conduct research, develop proof of concepts, and implement innovative methodologies.
• Assist others in navigating technical challenges, project obstacles, and conflicts.
• Own and manage a significant segment of business systems and associated KPIs.
• Enhance team workflows and guide teams through process modifications.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Robust technical knowledge in analytics technologies and visualization tools, such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, and related ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, concentrating on scalability and performance enhancement.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for collaboration across teams and different organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation and productivity.
• 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role within a team is preferred.
• Familiarity with value-based analyses or Medicaid is preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or actuarial analyses is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment and adapt to changes.
• Preferred educational background: bachelor’s degree with a focus on quantitative, healthcare, or technology disciplines.
• Preferred certification: Associate of the Society of Actuaries or progress toward this certification.
• High-speed internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps at home.
• For call center roles, the capability to connect directly to the home internet router is required.
• Submission of a government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification is required prior to employment.
• Candidates may be subjected to drug screening before employment.
