This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a thorough digital and non-personal promotional strategy for BRUKINSA.
• Oversee the creation of content and the execution of segmented campaigns across websites, display banners, social media, NPP emails, paid search, and tailored digital activations.
• Direct channel strategy, prioritize NPP target lists, and customize content throughout the customer journey.
• Present digital materials to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
• Manage the complete planning, development, and execution of digital and NPP campaigns.
• Track and assess campaign performance in collaboration with the business analytics team and media partners.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Lead the annual operating plan process for brand digital and NPP media.
• Convert brand plans into a media strategy, review ROI models and analyses, and endorse tactical recommendations within the allocated budget.
• Discover digital opportunities in conjunction with the Digital Strategy and Enablement, Global Technology Solutions, and Advanced Analytics teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on essential data publications.
• Relay digital and NPP plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Act as the digital lead in priority organizational workstreams as required.
• Oversee the Brukinsa digital marketing budget, encompassing contracts, invoices, reconciliation, and phasing.
• Allocate resources effectively to enhance ROI.
• Manage the relationship and budget with the HCP media agency.
• Provide substantial agency management and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven experience in leading the development of brand media/digital strategies and execution plans.
• Familiarity with creating and executing campaigns in compliance with FDA promotional regulations.
• Proficient in using Veeva, media management/reporting tools, content tagging/taxonomy systems such as Claravine, and AI-enabled content or omnichannel orchestration tools.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
