This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take an essential role in enhancing philanthropic contributions for conservation projects.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
• Spearhead donor identification efforts and create strategic approaches.
• Strengthen connections with current supporters.
• Collaborate with team members to craft proposals and align strategies.
• Assist in obtaining the resources necessary to promote conservation achievements.
• A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with fundraising stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in soliciting and securing donations of $50,000 or more.
• Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors effectively.
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideally within a large non-profit organization.
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.
