Associate Director, Data Disclosure, Transparency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees BeOne’s Clinical Data Publication initiatives in alignment with BeiGene policies and international standards.

• Ensures compliance with transparency regulations across BeOne’s range of studies.

• Responsible for drafting, submitting, and managing disclosure and transparency efforts.

• Aids in the development and upkeep of strategies aimed at enhancing departmental systems and processes.

• Supervises the provision of clinical trial disclosure information to regulatory bodies and manages Clinical Data Publication submissions.

• Guarantees that data disclosure tracking tools and dashboards are current and maintained by team members in accordance with compliance standards.

• Leads the creation and execution of special projects and training materials related to Data Disclosure & Transparency activities.

• Represents the function at the highest level through proactive engagement with colleagues.

• Offers tactical direction to department colleagues regarding global transparency requirements.

• Acts as the main point of contact for the escalation and resolution of clinical trial transparency challenges.

• Oversees resource planning and deployment to ensure adequate support for studies/programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience along with a BA or BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree or higher.

• Preferably possesses 8 or more years of direct experience in Data Disclosure & Transparency Management.

• A solid understanding and familiarity with clinical development, clinical trial execution, regulatory submission processes, and data disclosure and transparency methodologies are essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to convert complex information into accessible language for diverse stakeholders is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and capacity to juggle multiple tasks to meet goals and deadlines.

• Strategic mindset focused on process development, enhancement, and optimization.

• Experience in resolving unique problems where issues are not clearly defined and sufficient information may be lacking.
