This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate client program performance and identify actionable trends by analyzing pharmaceutical prescribing, claims, copay, CRM, and promotional activity data.
• Create and uphold Tableau dashboards and regular client reports utilizing MedScout, Veeva, Salesforce, RingCentral, and various client data sources.
• Assess VSR and VRM performance through activity, engagement, prescribing, market-share, and specific client KPIs.
• Aid in HCP targeting and segmentation to prioritize opportunities, enhancing target prioritization and call-plan effectiveness.
• Merge RingCentral activity with CRM data to evaluate call volume, reach, engagement, target-list adherence, and promotional effectiveness.
• Investigate copay and pharmacy claims data, including approved, rejected, and reversed claims along with rejection codes, to uncover patient-access and reimbursement opportunities.
• Convert analytical findings into business recommendations for FX2 leadership, Performance Management, and client teams.
• Prepare analytics and insights for weekly reporting, client business reviews, and program optimization discussions.
• Ensure data quality and reporting consistency, while improving analytics processes, dashboards, and client-facing capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical claims and prescribing data.
• Preferred experience with CRM platforms, Tableau or comparable data visualization tools, and advanced Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to translate data into valuable business insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
