This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and leadership of accounts across digital video initiatives.
• Advocate for all types of Digital Video, particularly focusing on Connected TV (CTV).
• Provide strong industry perspectives on ad technology, publisher advancements, consumption trends, and more.
• Serve as a thought leader, standardizing best practices and enhancing efficiencies and automation.
• Lead the Digital Video team, which includes Supervisors and Specialists.
• Oversee account supervision while building robust relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the development of effective performance and brand-building strategies tailored to digital video.
• Create educational materials for internal and external clients, offering essential information on strategies, partnerships, and ad tech adoption.
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Investment teams, utilizing audience tools, historical performance data, scorecards, and client-specific best practices to determine optimal investment allocations.
• Directly involved in the execution of campaigns through various methods, including Direct IO and programmatic platforms.
• Report on campaign performance, progress towards goals, and future strategies to senior executives.
• Manage digital video processes, ensuring they are up-to-date, effective, and widely adopted within the practice.
• Align programmatic initiatives with overarching marketing and business objectives.
• Demonstrate fluency in major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant, and others, while effectively understanding their strengths, improvement areas, and workflows. Evaluate new DSP offerings across the marketplace.
• Ensure the quality of work across digital video practices consistently meets agency standards.
• Contribute to departmental goals, including certifications, training, growth opportunities, and account assignments.
• Follow departmental processes, standards, and best practices.
• Explore new ways to leverage media and ad tech partners, including data targeting, digital video innovation, and platform execution strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in digital video advertising services.
• Provide channel-specific inputs for new business pitches and act as a subject matter expert for new account onboarding needs.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience, focusing on digital video planning and activation.
• Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buying types, and the best options to activate digital media.
• Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, measurement, currency, trafficking, reporting, and the creation of campaign performance insights.
• Enjoy analyzing data, with the ability to review performance datasets, identify critical narratives, and communicate them internally and externally.
• A collaborative spirit with an active interest in mentoring and managing team members.
• A strong passion for ad tech, digital video trends, and innovation.
