Associate Director, Contract Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on legal contractual strategies and inputs.

• Ensure that submissions align with Business Development requirements and sponsor needs/requests.

• Oversee the entire process and activities to guarantee the execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), contracts, and change orders.

• Work collaboratively with Business Development, therapeutic leaders, Operations, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of direct experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Extensive understanding of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry and sales support functions.

• Ability to advise and engage with staff at all organizational levels.

• Strong grasp of study design, project management, and operational necessities.
