Associate Director, Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Managing consulting assignments

• Assisting in budgeting, defining scope, and crafting project roadmaps

• Producing high-quality project deliverables and work products

• Establishing credibility with management-level personnel at client organizations

• Formulating engagement hypotheses based on the client’s context

• Delivering timely and constructive feedback throughout projects

• Utilizing AI knowledge to uncover opportunities

• Supporting client interviews and workshops

• Achieving utilization and sales objectives

• Engaging in the recruitment of new associates

• Guiding and mentoring junior associates

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred

• Over 5 years of substantial experience in ERP Cloud Consulting with Oracle, Workday, or SAP

• Knowledge of finance business capabilities

• Background in a reputable management consultancy focused on project delivery

• Sales experience is advantageous

• Previous experience in a problem-solving role, such as a workstream lead, is preferred

• Experience with various IT or technology solutions

• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government clients

• Proven history of leading teams and fostering high-performance environments

• Capability to inspire and motivate professionals from diverse backgrounds, both technical and non-technical

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and innovative solution development

• Experience leading an ERP Cloud workstream

• Successful completion of at least one full life cycle ERP Cloud implementation (Oracle, Workday, or SAP)
