This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Act as a strategic facilitator and driving force for promoting the American Cancer Society’s mission through impactful partnerships.
• Develop and maintain significant relationships with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community health centers, and community-based organizations.
• Oversee the creation of medical neighborhoods and care linkages within targeted areas.
• Assemble and engage health systems, community advocates, and stakeholders to execute evidence-based strategies.
• Offer technical support and disseminate resources to aid in the adoption of best practices.
• Foster and empower healthcare and community advocates to promote system-level policies that enhance access to care.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare-related fields and/or non-profit management, administration, or account management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Comprehensive experience in building relationships with health systems, community organizations, and volunteers.
• Proficient in designing outcome-oriented interventions, educational programs, and conducting evaluations.
• Excellent representation skills to convey the American Cancer Society's mission effectively and professionally.
• Competent in leveraging health center data, chronic disease trends, and interpreting cancer statistics to guide strategic decisions.
