This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Evaluate training requirements related to sales skills, product knowledge, competitive insights, and business acumen.
• Design and implement product-specific and market-specific training programs and materials in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and sales performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the organization to create training content.
• Identify the optimal mix of training methods, including web-based, home study, and classroom sessions.
• Create assessment tools to validate and document learning outcomes and proficiency.
• Represent and facilitate training initiatives through the Medical Legal Regulatory Committee (MLR) approval process as required.
• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team to set standards and coordinate the delivery of the PEC’s training program for both new hires and current members of the field sales organization and internal commercial teams.
• Conduct field rides with members of the field sales organization to provide coaching in the field, assess training needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training, documenting observations and coaching steps via the Field Coaching Report.
• Assess and enhance program effectiveness through assessment tools, established KPIs, testing, and user feedback; continuously seek and support innovative approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of training services provided.
• Assist in the creation of cross-functional training workshops and programs, including product launches, New Hire orientations, POA, and national business meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales and/or commercial training experience in hematology/oncology.
• Capability to design and deliver both traditional and modern training methodologies (mentoring/coaching programs, virtual training, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning courses, scenario-based application workshops, etc.).
• Strong skills in workshop design, facilitation, and presentation.
• Proficient in Veeva, Tableau, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to partner with colleagues across various departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while remaining flexible and responsive to changing situations and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (estimated up to 35%).
