This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Assess requirements and establish training and educational initiatives for the Sales Force and internal stakeholders.
• Aid in the development and implementation of both live and virtual training programs for newly hired and current sales representatives.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Teams to create educational programs tailored for strategic and tactical business applications.
• Execute strategies that align with the Product Strategic Plan.
• Conceptualize, create, and conduct workshops for national and regional meetings, as well as virtual training events.
• Analyze market research and industry trends to determine effective training solutions.
• Create, develop, and lead both live and virtual training courses.
• Provide educational resources to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate monthly informational updates, training workshops, and internal training materials.
• Engage in task forces that influence the success of the field force.
• Evaluate, recommend, and acquire courseware packages while supporting the development of courseware tools.
• Document and monitor training deliverables.
• Review content for compliance and instructional design quality, making necessary adjustments.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a concentration in Business and/or Science is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively successful experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or medical sales and/or training.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales with healthcare providers.
• Proven training and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and platform skills.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft Teams and other virtual training and selling tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with e-learning and authoring technologies, such as Articulate 360 and multimedia applications, is preferred.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and their implications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, including some evenings and weekends.
• Capability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Regular interaction with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Skill in building consensus and addressing complex conceptual challenges through abstract reasoning.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional travel within the United States and Canada.
