This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement.
• Meet assigned sales objectives by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Keep precise documentation and forecasting in the CRM system.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Address and resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in solution-based sales.
• Experience in retail market sales.
• Proven track record of engaging with decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability in new business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Documented experience in negotiation and closing sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
