This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Conduct extensive outbound calls to engage prospects and clients to secure larger deals and generate new opportunities.
• Revenue Generation: Cultivate, implement, and sustain additional revenue by marketing and promoting GGS products and services “to,” “through,” and “with” potential customers within designated territories and/or assigned accounts.
• Proficient in using CRM software to log all sales activities, oversee the sales pipeline, and identify, monitor, and facilitate the closing of key opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing relationships remotely with various contacts across client organizations and effectively leverage internal resources to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and payment.
• Timely processing of all sales order documentation.
• Quickly resolve customer disputes.
• Must reside within the designated Region.
• Occasional travel to customer and prospect locations, trade shows, and internal sales meetings.
• Employ a consultative or solutions-oriented selling approach.
• Familiarity with banking core systems and teller platforms is advantageous.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
• BA or BS degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of solution-based sales experience is preferred, ideally in non-commoditized solutions.
• Experience in sales within the banking sector is a plus.
• The role demands a “hunter mentality” and proven success in identifying and engaging decision-makers to drive sales outcomes.
• Must be organized, driven, and capable of adhering to a structured sales process while developing and executing a sales plan with enthusiasm.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to adopt a solution-based selling approach (rather than solely product selling) aimed at senior-level executives.
• Strong account management, closing abilities, and “win-win” negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills are required.
• Ability to create, modify, and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Experience in crafting and negotiating successful sales proposals that involve calculating pricing to achieve gross profit targets.
