Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining and guiding the development of program and/or clinical trial supply within the Global Supply Chain.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of clinical supply chain domains to offer expert insights and recommendations on supply capabilities and feasibility.

• Proactively create and manage supply plans to ensure a consistent and accurate supply to patients while mitigating risks and minimizing waste.

• Oversee or manage drug supply operations related to planning, label development, packaging, and distribution.

• Serve as the representative for Clinical Supply Chain to internal stakeholders and cultivate relationships with external supply partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, ideally within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries.

• Preferred experience in people leadership and development.
