This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a project manager and strategic partner for nonprofit clients during the initial stages of project initiatives and for part-time assignments, including feasibility studies and development assessments.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects at once, efficiently prioritizing tasks, identifying potential obstacles, and maintaining proactive communication with CCS team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and consultative liaison between clients and the CCS team.
• Foster relationship building and make a positive first impression on our client partners.
• Lead the design, execution, and facilitation of all initial planning calls and meetings.
• Create foundational materials that will guide the engagement, such as work plans, discussion guides, and other operational tools.
• Collaborate with nonprofits to develop preliminary case statements, which includes gathering key materials, extracting insights through discussions, and workshopping document drafts.
• Write and design materials aimed at donors.
• Conduct high-level data analysis to assess our clients’ historical fundraising performance and identify new opportunities.
• Review and comprehend contracts, deliverables, and project timelines to initiate partnership activities and meet deadlines prior to the primary director's assignment.
• Assist both client and internal team members in all aspects of project setup, and create internal tools and resources for effective project execution.
• Formulate strategy, produce deliverables, and liaise with clients and executives as the primary director for part-time projects.
• Ensure a smooth transition of each onboarding engagement to a full-time CCS team member.
• Provide assistance with proofreading, data entry, and training for clients and directors, as required.
• A minimum of three to four years’ experience in a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong philanthropic values and a dedication to service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a talent for building trust and collaborating effectively with clients and CCS colleagues.
• Capacity to think critically, assess various perspectives, and navigate complex situations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams simultaneously.
• Superior organizational skills, time management capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Highly self-driven with a tendency to take ownership.
• Proficient in Excel; additional experience in data analytics is a plus.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; additional graphic design skills are a plus.
