This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the tactical strategy and planning for campaigns based on provided briefs.
• Supervise a team of Managers and Associates who collaborate on the same accounts.
• Seasoned campaign manager capable of training the team to construct campaigns within buying platforms, conduct quality assurance, and activate according to best practices.
• Attend meetings, status updates, and calls on behalf of the account’s team members to ensure effective communication and alignment between capabilities and client/brand requirements.
• Skilled in extracting platform reporting and generating insights for analytics readouts and client deliverables.
• Manage monthly billing and actualization between vendors and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and processing.
• Lead the planning process in collaboration with senior team members and the Integrated Media team.
• Regularly evaluate vendor offerings and capabilities to ensure the team utilizes top-tier technology and the most advanced tools for respective accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendor partners.
• Provide timely updates to all campaign stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions when relevant, with support from senior team members.
• Facilitate internal and external communications with team members and partners across various accounts.
• Oversee the preparation of client-facing presentation slides that summarize campaign performance, optimizations, recommendations, wrap-ups, and similar materials.
• Onboard and train Managers and Associates on account specifics and media buying platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital media as a campaign manager.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing direct site/publisher buys.
• Proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading daily meetings, status updates, and calls.
• Knowledge in platform strategy and tactical recommendations.
• Proficient in client communication and deliverables.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of identifying, troubleshooting, and effectively resolving issues.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Proficient in project management and time management.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
