This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve double-digit year-over-year growth at one or more major accounts.
• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs.
• Systematically enhance the scope and depth of engagement.
• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year.
• Meet revenue targets through structured account planning, influencing the CXO agenda, collaborating with procurement, and working alongside Nagarro teams.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years in key account leadership or comparable focused experience managing a $20+ million account at a well-regarded professional services firm.
• Ability to engage credibly with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders while cultivating positive relationships.
• AI fluency in an industry context - Capable of leading valuable discussions about AI transformation in at least one sector.
• Proficient in deal structuring and commercial insight - Able to build and defend a business case.
• Comfortable navigating procurement and legal negotiations.
• A collaborative operator - Works effectively with engineering and capability teams, gaining their trust and support.
