This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive profitable growth for the U.S. Cooking Aids & Mini Meals sector.
• Create and implement commercial strategies that align with category growth objectives and value drivers.
• Lead planning for upcoming years as part of the annual TCT Materials and Foods Summit releases.
• Take ownership of channel and customer financial performance, including growth targets, trade investment budgets, and forecasts.
• Establish and execute channel strategies across various channels and customers.
• Direct commercial analytics to address distribution gaps, in-market execution, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with Net Revenue Management/RGM on pricing, PPA, promotional effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Advocate for customer, channel, and shopper insights in both internal Integrated Business Planning and external Joint Business Planning processes.
• Work closely with field sales and cross-functional teams on Perfect Store initiatives, key programs, and product innovations.
• Contribute to Monthly Business Review inputs for S&OP and assist in Handshake and Perfect Store activities.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Development, Account Management, Trade Marketing, Category Strategy, and/or Brand Marketing Operations within the Consumer Goods sector.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• A results-oriented ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence others through compelling strategic storytelling.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel customer environments is required.
• High level of understanding of CPG Food business and retailer dynamics.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to adjust communication style across different disciplines and leadership levels.
• Executive presence is essential.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems with a solution-focused mindset.
• Strong accountability for outcomes and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with utilizing IRI/Nielsen POS data and Numerator panel data.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and strategic influencing.
• Ability to develop talent in direct reports.
• Skilled at mobilizing cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and comfort with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in planning multi-year strategies and understanding their long-term implications.
