This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Formulate channel-specific and portfolio contract strategies that align with the sales objectives of the Business Unit.
• Coordinate the strategy with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Managed Care departments.
• Create contract strategies based on analytics.
• Assist in market access strategies for both existing and upcoming products.
• Ensure financial and data accuracy in collaboration with Trade Operations and Managed Markets Finance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and the distribution network.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, Health Policy, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Pharmacy, Market Access, or Business Development, particularly focused on pharmaceutical distribution or GPOs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare economics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical demand.
• In-depth understanding of distribution processes and their roles within the market landscape.
• Strong skills in contract processes, negotiation, and forecasting.
