This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee, develop, and manage a team of Field Reimbursement Managers responsible for access and fulfillment across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts.
• Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy effectively.
• Equip healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with the necessary information, tools, and resources to facilitate patient initiation and adherence to therapy.
• Promote communication among Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales teams.
• Inspire, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of professionals.
• Lead a regionally focused team of up to 10 direct reports to enhance access and fulfillment outcomes.
• Create and manage long- and short-term strategic plans along with the execution of associated tactics.
• Drive the district vision, cultivate team culture, ensure accountability, manage FRM performance, foster customer relationships, and achieve team objectives.
• Mentor and develop FRMs to utilize data insights and account management skills to overcome access challenges.
• Assist in identifying and resolving patient-related barriers concerning Buy & Bill, Medical Benefits, Assignment of Benefits, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits.
• Establish trust-based partnerships and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate in the field with minimal oversight.
• Manage and distribute the budget in accordance with team goals.
• Fulfill responsibilities while adhering to the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within the PECS organization.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant healthcare business experience is required.
• Familiarity with account management, managed care, and reimbursement concepts, including pharmacy and medical benefits/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
• Proven leadership abilities and successful performance in previous positions.
• A valid Driver's License from one of the 50 United States is required.
• Must reside within the specified geography or be willing to relocate there.
• Preferred 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in the neuroscience disease state is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate high-profile, complex business situations.
• Experience in developing and executing customer-focused strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application of new tools over time is preferred.
• Experience in fostering team AI literacy and confidence, supporting responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.
