This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Guarantee exceptional quality and innovation in the execution of BeOne’s cross-functional Customer Engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the German Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access Leaders.
• Evaluate requirements regarding staffing, capabilities, and the execution of activities for skill enhancement and scientific training.
• Propel business decisions that prioritize patient care at the core of operations.
• Assist in the development and support of integrated launch plans and tactics within the respective countries.
• Facilitate effective commercial and medical field performance throughout the region.
• Ensure the German team maintains competitiveness through insights gathering and analysis.
• Design and implement specific regional tactics and modify launch strategies as necessary.
• Employ a continuous improvement mindset to swiftly identify solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate extensively with regional and local commercial, access, and medical teams.
• Lead the creation of performance metrics and dashboards that effectively communicate the status of key activities.
• Integrate innovative methods and new digital resources that support internal learning experiences.
• Curate, enhance, and develop scientific training materials as required.
• Stay informed about product information, industry trends, and technology to maintain the relevance of training content.
• Ensure the appropriate tools, processes, and systems are implemented.
• Bachelor’s degree in science is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare sector, or biotech.
• Previous experience and knowledge in hematology will be considered beneficial.
• Experience in Commercial Excellence, Field force effectiveness, Field Sales, Field Medical, or Field Management is a plus.
• Exhibits a high level of empathy and the ability to listen and learn for effective analysis and action.
• Transforms creative ideas into unique solutions, developing new or different approaches in current scenarios and fostering creativity in others.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to create innovative and unique customer solutions, driving progress and influencing without direct authority.
• Established track record in designing market research plans and identifying customer insights requirements.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to design and lead multiple projects and initiatives cross-functionally.
• Solid business acumen and international commercial experience demonstrated in Europe.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of German and/or another European language is an advantage.
• Skilled in all MS-Office applications.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
