Associate Director, Biostatistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a Director, Senior Director, and/or Executive Director of Biostatistics, Statistical Operations, or Biometrics to oversee clinical trial programs/projects for one or multiple clients.

• Provide daily technical and operational leadership to project teams that support these programs/projects.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers, offering technical reviews and expert guidance.

• Conduct semi-annual and annual performance evaluations and create developmental plans.

• Lead statistical and programming teams, while engaging with clients and/or internal project leaders at Everest.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Ph.D. in statistical science, mathematical analysis, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in these areas with at least 13 years of relevant experience.
