This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee large-scale, high-profile workstreams or smaller projects with appropriate guidance, managing deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, resources, and subsequent actions.
• Deconstruct complex challenges by posing clear, structured questions, utilizing available data, and converting insights into initial, testable recommendations.
• Assist in practical solution design, encompassing structures, roles, governance, decision-making rights, and collaborative practices that align with client strategies.
• Foster trust with direct clients through active listening, thorough preparation, tailored communication for the audience, documenting stakeholder feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and honoring commitments.
• Aid in change management and enablement initiatives by drafting impact assessments, concise communications, training materials, and tools to help individuals grasp and implement new skills and methodologies.
• Develop clear presentations, agendas, status reports, and other meeting resources; facilitate meetings or workshops with support, and distill discussions into actionable decisions and next steps.
• Utilize AI effectively and responsibly to enhance research, analysis, synthesis, content creation, and delivery efficiency while ensuring validation of outputs and safeguarding client information.
• Comprehend Omlie services, client sectors, market contexts, and business drivers; continuously learn how emerging technologies and current events impact clients and their teams.
• Assist in relationship building by conveying the Omlie narrative, nurturing positive relationships, being attentive to client needs, delivering work that meets our high delivery standards, and communicating opportunity signals to leadership.
• Contribute to a robust team culture by supporting colleagues, seeking, providing, and acting on feedback, sharing knowledge, mentoring when suitable, and taking charge of personal development.
• A bachelor's degree and over 6 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role.
• Proven experience in managing defined segments of consulting projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder input, and quality review processes.
• Capability to structure problem statements, organize and interpret information, and transform findings into actionable recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Comfort in engaging with clients, vendors, and colleagues in fast-paced settings.
• Sales experience is required.
