This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Direct the development and implementation of analytics and reporting strategies that facilitate compliance risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, and program decision-making.
• Supervise the creation, upkeep, and enhancement of dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and effective integration of data sources pertinent to Ethics & Compliance.
• Oversee the enterprise corrective action process, which includes tracking, follow-up, closure validation, and documentation of remediation activities.
• Establish and uphold standards for issue management, root-cause analysis, action planning, and sustainability testing.
• Collaborate with business units and functional stakeholders to guarantee the timely and effective resolution of corrective actions.
• Deliver data-driven insights regarding trends, emerging risks, and program effectiveness.
• Work in partnership with IT, data governance, and other enabling functions to ensure that systems and tools align with analytics and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports and summaries to Ethics & Compliance leadership, emphasizing key trends, risks, and program enhancements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team, promoting strong technical skills, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Propel automation, process enhancement, and innovation within both analytics and corrective action management processes.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in a compliance or audit function.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and assessments.
• Previous experience in leading complex data analytics projects from conception to implementation.
• Experience in developing data analytic procedures and processes.
• Understanding of IT, business processes, and business intelligence methodologies.
• Experience in root cause analysis and tracking corrective actions to closure.
