This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design and development of cutting-edge, AI-first applications for both web and mobile platforms.
• Architect, construct, and sustain AI-first web and mobile applications utilizing contemporary frameworks and engineering best practices.
• Spearhead the creation of AI-powered features employing Python, LangGraph, and modern LLM tools.
• Design and implement agentic workflow applications that incorporate orchestration, tool usage, stateful flows, and human-in-the-loop methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive solutions spanning front end, back end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Produce clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript (Node), JavaScript (React), and Python following established design patterns.
• Enhance applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features while taking strong ownership of outcomes.
• Offer architectural insight, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with clients to lead demonstrations, facilitate rollout discussions, and ensure the successful adoption of AI-powered solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree, or ideally a Master’s degree, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or architecture.
• Proven track record of developing commercially successful, public-facing applications, preferably AI-native.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python is essential.
• Experience in full stack development, managing end-to-end features with comprehensive knowledge of all components of the stack.
• Documented experience in building production applications with a robust portfolio of work.
• Practical experience in developing AI applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Strong familiarity with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of document and SQL databases.
• Good grasp of GCP and cloud-native architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a mindset focused on ownership.
