This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Team Leads focused on upselling, cross-selling, and driving expansion revenue.
• Take ownership of the team's performance in relation to revenue, pipeline, activity, and forecasting targets.
• Establish operating rhythms that include 1:1 meetings, pipeline assessments, deal evaluations, forecasting, and performance management.
• Convert company objectives into actionable frontline behaviors and ensure team accountability for consistent execution.
• Utilize CRM data, dashboards, call evaluations, and direct observation to pinpoint performance gaps and provide coaching to representatives.
• Create and enhance sales strategies, account-planning frameworks, outreach tactics, and team processes.
• Address performance issues while nurturing and retaining top performers.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to enhance account-expansion strategies and execution.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp up additional Account Managers as the team expands.
• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a similar quota-carrying B2B SaaS revenue role.
• At least 2 years of direct people-management experience leading quota-carrying revenue teams.
• Proven success in leading a team to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Strong history of coaching and enhancing frontline seller performance.
• Excellent skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to create systems, processes, and operational rhythms that foster consistent execution.
• High standards for accountability and comfort in conducting direct performance discussions.
• Highly organized, analytical, resourceful, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, as well as analytics dashboards.
• Experience in building or scaling an Account Management or customer expansion team is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing upsell and cross-sell initiatives within an existing customer base is preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector, especially PT/OT/SLP practices, is advantageous.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, LLMs, or similar productivity and analytics tools is desirable.
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States, as confirmed by the required application questions.
