Associate, Digital Health Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design of informatics and digital health solutions (including feasibility, technical requirements, clinical requirements, network diagrams, solution connectivity, and workflow analysis) for DHSE.

• Propel client success initiatives throughout the sales cycle, ensuring effective scope management and transition to the Digital Delivery Team.

• Facilitate workflow workshops at client locations and conduct client demonstrations.

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical discussions regarding architecture and integration, as well as the practical and operational aspects of informatics and Digital Health offerings.

• Develop frameworks for data analysis, workflow evaluations, and insights for customers.

• Communicate a vision for enhancements and identify technical challenges or obstacles in client projects among executives and technical decision-makers.

• Collaborate with marketing and Product Portfolio teams to provide voice-of-customer insights that will further refine AlinIQ solutions and offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4 years of experience in sales or consulting

• Experience in Laboratory Diagnostics is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of workflow and improvement strategies

• Strong comprehension of how technology adds value in healthcare.

• Demonstrated success in expanding business with existing accounts and developing new profitable accounts.

• Familiarity with IT technology within a Hospital Environment.

• Skilled in client-facing solutions demonstrations and presentations.
