Associate Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a transparent, up-to-date tracking system for roadmap commitments, ensuring alignment among Product and Technology stakeholders.

• Collaborate with one or more Agile development teams, serving as a leader, advocate, and active team member throughout the planning, development, and delivery phases.

• Work alongside engineers to ensure that tickets contain comprehensive and precise technical implementation notes, making them ready for execution.

• Identify, monitor, and address blockers, risks, and inter-team dependencies during the planning and development of projects.

• Facilitate backlog prioritization and sequencing to align tasks with customer value, strategic objectives, and team capacity.

• Engage in project meetings and Agile or Scrum ceremonies, assisting teams in staying organized, focused, and accountable.

• Deliver transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans, and outcomes.

• Coordinate with Release Managers to fulfill regulatory requirements, ensure launch readiness, and maintain expected delivery timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, analytical, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional relationships within a large, dynamic organization.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and experience working with Scrum or Agile teams.

• Strong grasp of technical terminology associated with software applications and infrastructure.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and maintain team alignment amidst ambiguity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating project details into clear updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; familiarity with EazyBI is a plus.

• A keen interest in customer advocacy, process enhancement, sports betting, or the iGaming product landscape.
