Associate Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for roadmap commitments, ensuring alignment of expectations among Product and Technology stakeholders.

• Collaborate with one or more Agile development teams as a leader, champion, and active team member throughout the planning, development, and delivery phases.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure that tickets contain detailed and accurate technical implementation notes, making them ready for execution.

• Identify, monitor, and address blockers, risks, and inter-team dependencies during project planning and development.

• Facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of the backlog to ensure alignment of work with customer value, strategic objectives, and team capacity.

• Engage in project meetings and Agile or Scrum ceremonies, assisting teams in staying organized, focused, and accountable.

• Deliver transparent reports on project progress, risk factors, launch plans, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with Release Managers to address regulatory requirements, ensure launch readiness, and maintain expected delivery timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, analytical, or related discipline.

• Experience in managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and hands-on experience with Scrum or Agile teams.

• A solid understanding of technical terminology related to software applications and infrastructure.

• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and keep teams aligned amid ambiguity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey project details as clear updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; experience with EazyBI is an advantage.

• A passion for customer advocacy, process enhancement, sports betting, or the iGaming product landscape.
