Associate Data Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate both structured and unstructured data into the data warehouse.

• Create and enhance data models that facilitate reporting, dashboards, and operational insights.

• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable SQL and Python code to convert raw data into business-ready formats.

• Collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders to grasp data requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Oversee pipeline performance to guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of data flows.

• Construct frameworks for initiating AI workflows based on business rules and data events.

• Act as a subject matter expert on data best practices, which include schema design, data governance, and data security.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to align data assets with enterprise objectives, AI enablement, and automation strategies.

• Promote the use of new data tools and methodologies, such as DBT, Iceberg, or other modern data stack technologies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in SQL and Python for data processing and transformation.

• Knowledge of contemporary data warehousing tools (e.g., DBT, Iceberg, Databricks, or similar).

• Experience with both structured and unstructured data sources.

• Comprehension of data quality, observability, and monitoring principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional efforts.

• Capability to work independently and adjust to changing data requirements.
