• Assist a Senior CSM in managing a substantial and intricate portfolio of clients, serving as the main contact for daily operational needs and execution.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts from start to finish, taking full responsibility for customer satisfaction, account vitality, and results.
• Ensure that requests are processed swiftly, accurately, and with a strong sense of accountability, while developing skills in managing strategic relationships over time.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, typical workflows, and customer use cases.
• Participate in customer calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries with guidance, ensuring prompt and precise replies.
• Establish a solid internal understanding by collaborating closely with a Senior CSM regarding their client portfolio.
• Monitor the health of accounts and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
• Serve as the main contact for incoming operational requests within your accounts.
• Assist in creating customer-facing materials (e.g., business reviews) and contribute to account strategy.
• Act as the primary owner of your small account portfolio, with clear accountability for customer results.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong execution capabilities—you are well-organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Good judgment and the ability to discern when to act independently versus when to escalate issues.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to cultivate trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are constantly evolving.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude—you take ownership and follow through on tasks.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple accounts and requests without overlooking details.
• Interest in fintech, B2B SaaS, or experience working closely with financial institutions (a plus).
