This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver personalized customer service for life insurance-related inquiries, from initial greeting to issue resolution.
• Establish a connection with callers from various backgrounds and evaluate their circumstances.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems to collect pertinent information.
• Clearly and positively present potentially complex solutions.
• Prioritize quality and first-call resolution, while reducing processing times and after-call tasks.
• Assist clients in achieving financial clarity and reaching their goals.
• Participate in regular meetings with management and engage in monthly coaching sessions.
• Gain expertise in financial products and programs, including annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims.
• Get involved in additional opportunities such as recruiting and interviewing candidates, focus groups, quality initiatives, and the launch of new services.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Preference for candidates with post-secondary education.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions from support through to resolution.
• Willingness to embrace change and contribute to ongoing improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset.
• Candidates located within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones are preferred.
• Availability for training hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday, starting October 12, 2026.
• After training, candidates must be able to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday.
• Must have a private, secure, and distraction-free remote workspace.
• Reliable power source and a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet to router/modem are required.
• Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is necessary.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Completion of the application and Modern Hire job skills assessment is mandatory.
• 4-6 weeks of structured training and onboarding, paired with a dedicated onboarding partner and consistent mentoring.
