Associate Customer Business Manager

📋 Description

• Cultivate enduring business relationships and drive profitable sales performance with Ahold-Delhaize USA

• Meet volume targets while adhering to spending goals established by brand and customer joint business plans

• Oversee the deduction process across ADUSA

• Enhance product distribution, pricing, forecasting, and promotions to foster profitable growth for Unilever Foods

• Take ownership of the Knorr brand while assisting in other categories alongside the Senior Customer Business Manager

• Elevate in-store and online visibility through exceptional execution in shopper marketing, category management, customer marketing, finance, business development, and supply chain

• Propel omni-channel initiatives and forge strategic partnerships with ADUSA

• Manage retailer relationships across the Ahold and Delhaize banners, which include Stop and Shop, The Giant Company, Giant Food, Hannaford, and Food Lion

• Oversee NSV/Turnover, forecasting, trade investment, plan-o-grams, and retail initiatives by customer

• Tailor corporate marketing and merchandising programs to align with Ahold banners

• Coordinate category management and joint business plans

• Foster strategic relationships, stimulate accelerated growth, and enhance trade investment efficiency

• Collaborate with various internal and external departments while balancing customer requirements and overall market integrity

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, and Category Management is advantageous

• Strong familiarity with IRI, Evergreen, Merlin, and Customer POS Data is highly preferred

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication

• Capable of effectively interacting with various management levels, both internally and externally

• A strategic thinker who can work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic setting

• Ability to navigate complexity and manage time efficiently

• Exceptional skills in building and managing relationships
