Associate Customer Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist in the analysis, reconciliation, administration of workflows, and documentation related to trade deductions.

• Oversee customer post-audit claims.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in deductions.

• Facilitate the collection of unauthorized deductions and credits.

• Aid in forecasting customer metrics, managing off-invoice trade events, and inputting data into planning tools.

• Align customer forecasts with Nestlé’s internal forecasts.

• Collaborate with Nestlé Retail Services on logistics and distribution tasks.

• Keep customer forms, item data, product attributes, UPCs, dimensions, pricing details, and customer item management records updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 1–2 years of applicable professional experience.

• Prior experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer service, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst positions is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and precision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools.

• Capability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and partner with cross-functional teams.
