This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the client's CSR vision and collaboratively develop an action roadmap that aligns with their CSR objectives.

• Provide high-quality reports, insights, and updates to clients by consistently engaging with NGO partners and internal teams at Give Grants.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the CSR ecosystem and social development sector to effectively advise clients.

• Assist clients in designing or restructuring programs and program indicators to ensure they achieve real, measurable, and sustainable impact.

• Analyze data from various sources, including the technology platform, to derive actionable insights for all stakeholders involved in CSR programs.

• Present data-driven insights to clients regarding their programs.

• Conduct secondary research on the CSR impact landscape and peer research to deliver relevant insights and trends to clients.

• Cultivate in-depth knowledge and expertise in specific sub-verticals of the development landscape.

• Maintain close collaboration with clients and their partners to ensure timely delivery of services as per the agreed scope of work.

• Promptly initiate internal requests to guarantee the overall project plan and objectives are achieved.

• Gain an understanding of Light (our tech product) to provide suitable guidance to client teams.

• Actively participate in pre-sales initiatives by assisting in the creation of high-quality collateral and proposals.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of thought leadership content through the creation of reports, articles, and other knowledge products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate from prestigious institutes with a strong academic background.

• Experience: 0-2 years, ideally with exposure to the CSR or development sector, or equivalent consulting experience.

• Essential domain knowledge of CSR regulations and a solid understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India.

• Familiarity with national priority areas such as skilling, women empowerment, maternal and child health, and climate change is a significant advantage.

• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, supported by proficient verbal and written communication with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong data analysis skills.

• Ability to utilize the Google suite of products (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
