This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Collaborate with department leaders to develop project briefs.
β’ Foster robust client relationships through innovative ideation, recommendations, and support.
β’ Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and various cross-functional teams.
β’ Provide insights and expertise regarding brands, disease states, clinical trials and data, competitive products, as well as relevant media and technology.
β’ Proactively identify and create unique marketing initiatives that align with client strategies.
β’ Responsible for producing high-quality art assets and managing third-party vendors involved in the process.
β’ Assist in overseeing daily operations of the design team, including prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring project objectives are met.
β’ Collaborate with Creative Directors to inspire and encourage the creative teamβs growth while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
β’ Keep up-to-date with industry, competitor, and cultural trends, incorporating these references into creative ideas; influence industry trends and contribute to the development of agency strategies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline.
β’ Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5 years in an agency setting and 3 years in a leadership role.
β’ Experience in leading brand planning with clients managing budgets in the $3M-$8M range.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
β’ Strong leadership and collaborative skills within a team environment.
