Associate Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, negotiate, and finalize contract templates, along with establishing negotiation parameters with clients.

• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions within the approved guidelines.

• Communicate, train, and provide the approved contract templates and client expectations to designated team members.

• Ensure collaboration and alignment of quality with the terms and conditions, processes, and client expectations.

• Offer recommendations and alternative solutions during contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate coordination of various site startup activities.

• Contribute to or potentially lead change initiatives within the department.

• Conduct periodic quality reviews and peer feedback reports.

• Assist in developing training materials for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent, relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 8+ years).

• Comprehensive understanding of contract law principles.

• Solid grasp of business, contractual, and financial principles pertinent to service agreements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to draft and negotiate contract provisions effectively.

• High attention to detail.

• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.

• Profound understanding of the clinical drug development and trial process.

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

• Excellent customer-focused communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

• Proficient in automated systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

• Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and impact analysis skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor others.
