Associate Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support product development and long-term editorial strategies, including brainstorming for new offerings.

• Assess, refine, and authorize manuscripts and production phases while collaborating with copyeditors, graphic designers, and photo researchers.

• Develop, modify, review, and sanction slide presentations adhering to style guidelines.

• Monitor programmatic components, including learning objectives, Lexile ranges, writing prompts, student assistance, and text classifications.

• Analyze and assess new technology solutions.

• Contribute to the quality assurance process for new digital products.

• Maintain weekly time-tracking records.

• Generate or revise Product Library documentation and product metadata.

• Participate in scheduled and spontaneous meetings to review content, workflow, and product progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management abilities.

• Up-to-date knowledge of language, literacy, and content-related matters.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and other teams.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Teaching experience is advantageous.
