This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Demonstrates expertise in healthcare data and analytical tools to formulate logical conclusions and approaches to analysis.
• Develops deliverables that align with project goals and objectives, leveraging team resources to ensure timely project completion while providing exceptional service to clients.
• Utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to resolve client challenges and shares insights with team members.
• Engages in significant strategic interviews with clients and effectively summarizes the findings.
• Communicates complex messages clearly and concisely to both the team and the client.
• Produces well-structured and sound recommendations, including the ability to tailor deliverables to meet the engagement contract and client requirements.
• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to conceive and design innovative business solutions.
• Familiarity with fundamental project management principles.
• Experience in utilizing the internet for best practice research.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of database applications, mapping, or other specialized software applications is preferred.
• Experience in strategy is advantageous.
• BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred, with a Master’s degree acceptable in lieu of work experience.
• Extensive travel required.
