This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide consulting and/or training services in accordance with established Statements of Work
• Assess client needs and assist in defining problems and developing solutions
• Create high-quality outputs (such as reports, presentations, and training materials)
• Lead workshops or training sessions as necessary
• Organize personal workload to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to clarify needs and share findings
• Recognize risks, issues, or opportunities and communicate them proactively
• Proven experience in a consulting, advisory, or training delivery position
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver specified work packages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to collect and interpret requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the aviation sector within a safety-critical or regulated context
• Background in working within regulated environments (e.g., EASA, CAA or equivalent)
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques
• Experience in delivering training or facilitating sessions
• Familiarity with management systems, risk, or compliance frameworks
