Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, evaluate, and document business requirements through interviews, document reviews, workflow assessments, and other suitable techniques.

• Assist in documenting both current-state and future-state processes.

• Conduct gap analyses and pinpoint necessary changes to achieve desired future-state capabilities.

• Identify and present solution recommendations for well-defined business needs at the business-unit level.

• Offer insights and guidance on intricate processes and associated policies.

• Contribute to the design of consulting projects and programs via research, data analysis, and recognition of key themes.

• Implement assigned components of digital transformation roadmaps utilizing agile and design-thinking methodologies.

• Aid in technical troubleshooting and quality assurance by detecting issues, executing defined tests, interpreting outcomes, and suggesting corrective actions.

• Create training materials, documentation, reports, and presentation content.

• Organize and execute small projects or workstreams, including the management of schedules, risks, issues, stakeholder expectations, and desired outcomes.

• Facilitate change initiatives through analysis, monitoring progress, implementation, and ongoing improvement activities.

• Gather, validate, and integrate information from relevant sources to bolster conclusions and recommendations.

• Stay informed about pertinent technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

• Carry out all other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, consulting, project delivery, or similar roles.

• Capability to gather and articulate business requirements in a clear and concise manner.

• Background in analyzing current and future states, conducting gap analyses, and aiding in change strategies or implementation plans.

• Proficient in planning and managing small projects or work tasks within budget, time, and quality standards.

• Expertise in data collection, research, information retrieval, and analysis to identify trends and formulate recommendations.

• Comfortable engaging with technology and enterprise systems without needing to be a software developer or deeply technical expert.

• Experience or aptitude related to artificial intelligence and business analytics.

• Strong questioning, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centric problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Skill in reviewing complex materials, seeking needed information, and delivering clear findings back to the team.
