Associate Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and assist with modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting;

• Support in comprehending client business processes and aligning them with Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities;

• Aid in fundamental system configuration and documentation tasks;

• Engage in requirement-gathering sessions and business workshops;

• Assist in the preparation of functional documentation, process flows, and configuration workbooks;

• Help document business requirements and monitor project tasks;

• Learn to recognize process gaps and escalate concerns to senior team members.

• Support the development and execution of test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

• Document testing outcomes, assist with issue tracking, and take part in cutover and go-live support activities.

• Assist in report validation and data reconciliation tasks;

• Support reporting and analytics efforts using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, or Excel;

• Help verify financial and transactional data during testing phases.

• Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and project managers;

• Participate in meetings and status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, Economics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

• Willingness to learn about cloud ERP systems and business processes;

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities;

• Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles;

• Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to ERP, finance, or business systems;

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.;

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools;

• Awareness of software testing or business process documentation;

• Interest in pursuing Oracle Cloud certifications.

• Proficient in English.
