
Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily service support for designated commercial accounts under the guidance of an Account Manager or Executive.
• Address client inquiries related to coverage, billing, certificates, and endorsements promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the preparation of client communications, renewal summaries, and proposals.
• Process policy modifications, including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and audits.
• Examine policy documents for accuracy and maintain well-organized client records within the agency management system.
• Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage.
• Support the renewal process by collecting exposure information and monitoring deadlines.
• Aid in marketing submissions to carriers and the preparation of renewal comparisons.
• Communicate with carrier underwriters and service teams to address account needs.
• Ensure accurate data and documentation in adherence to agency and regulatory standards.
• Assist with billing inquiries, premium audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Follow established workflows and prioritize tasks to fulfill service expectations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Producers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Provide responsive, professional communication to foster a positive client experience.
• Engage in training, team meetings, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn about insurance coverages, systems, and processes.
• Capability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing, if not already licensed.
• Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Property and Casualty license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting client needs.
