📋 Description

• Monitor and evaluate cost and quality metrics across key merchants

• Aid in the creation of internal reporting tools aimed at quality enhancement initiatives

• Support the design and implementation of operational tests to minimize defects

• Collaborate with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams to drive efficiency improvements

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the experience for both merchants and customers

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of pertinent experience in fast-paced environments is essential

• Proficient analytical skills with the capability to leverage data for trend identification

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and proficiency in organizing and analyzing performance data

• SQL experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree is required
