This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Acquire and showcase comprehensive knowledge of Cochlear’s product offerings.
• Strategically sell and advocate for the features and advantages of Cochlear products.
• Cultivate and exhibit business insights that align with the territory’s business plan and strategy.
• Effectively carry out assignments outlined in the territory business plan while collaborating with professional and customer partners.
• A Master's degree in Audiology or an Au.D; prior clinical and/or surgical experience is highly preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency is required.
• Proven experience in hearing health, cochlear implant technology, and/or the hearing solutions industry is essential.
• A strong background in implantable solutions is highly preferred.
• Sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated skills in prioritization and organization are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster close and effective collaboration with field and corporate teams.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Depending on the territory coverage needs, access to a reliable vehicle is also essential.
• Must fulfill all credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and surgical centers.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including some overnight trips.
