Associate Clinical Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire and showcase comprehensive knowledge of Cochlear’s product offerings.

• Effectively market and highlight the features and advantages of Cochlear products.

• Cultivate and exhibit business insight in alignment with the territory's business strategy and plan.

• Carry out assignments from the territory business plan in collaboration with professional and customer partners.

• Develop expertise in clinical, surgical, product, business, and sales aspects related to cochlear implants and Baha solutions.

• Engage in presentations and cooperative efforts with both field and corporate teams.

• Travel across the territory, which may include some overnight stays.

• Utilize Audiology knowledge and Cochlear technology proficiency to further the mission of Cochlear.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Audiology or an Au.D. degree.

• Certificate of Clinical Competency.

• Proven experience in the field of hearing health, cochlear implant technology, and/or the hearing solutions sector.

• Strong preference for a solid background in implantable solutions.

• Prior clinical and/or surgical experience is highly preferred.

• Sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated skills in prioritization and organization.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with field and corporate teams.

• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Access to a dependable vehicle as per territory coverage requirements.

• Must fulfill all credentialing criteria to gain access to hospitals and surgical centers.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including occasional overnight trips.
