This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products.
• Address field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales personnel.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business sector.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.
• Keep an in-depth understanding of CRM products, associated technical knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
• Design, lead, and conduct CRM product training sessions and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.
• Offer support to CRM Sales Representatives as needed.
• Function as a field-based specialist within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical experts, vendors, and clients to achieve set objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or a certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Proven knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols and procedures.
• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.
• Skill to apply engineering knowledge to interpret and resolve complex clinical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Capacity to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Proficient in personal computer usage, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software, graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
